Yoga Mentorship Program

This Yoga Mentorship Program is built around our love for Yoga, while providing an informative, challenging and comprehensive 8-month long program.

Designed for all who want to learn more about yoga, explore and expand a personal yoga practice, while learning its healing science and application in life.

This 10 class, 8-month Yoga Mentorship is a unique program designed to guide, encourage, instruct, support, inspire and help the student with the practice of Yoga. Along with providing useful knowledge and instruction of Yoga to the student, the program offers the opportunity to make that commitment to their practice become a solid foundation within his or her lifestyle.

If you are motivated by a strong desire to challenge yourself by moving in the direction of your gifts, this program will support you on your journey, by providing a safe space for your studies.

Course Highlights:
  • Do you have a craving to learn more about yoga than what is being offered through regular classes?
  • Do you wanna take your yoga practice to the next level? Or do you feel you reached a plateau and are lacking the necessary steps to help yourself move forward?
  • Do you wanna be part of a yoga community that embraces life and takes their relationship to yoga seriously?
  • Its a safe place where we get to question and answer our relationship to yoga and our personal practice. The program provides tools, resources and guidance, so that you can help yourself move forward, adding clarity and strength to your practice and life.

    Asana: through workshop style we will look at the Hatha yoga poses from every tradition and or style; from Ashtanga, to Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Restorative and Yin.
    Pranayama, Meditation & Yoga Nidra: these types of subtle practices will be explored in equal parts after the asana component, introducing more refined concepts such as awareness, breath work, effects on the nervous and organic systems.
    Theory: Complementing our more active practices, introducing the concepts of theory to help the student understand the larger picture with practice and life.
  • An online manual (cloud) will be provided containing notes with all the topics covered from each class.
  • In between the classes; suggested practices, sequences, readings and homework will be provided.

  • January 20, February 10, March 3, 24 & April 14.
